摘 要:传统压裂液一般是以减阻剂为核心,配合使用防膨剂、助排剂等多种添加剂而形成的溶液体系,配液流程复杂,体系配伍性以及稳定性不佳,并且对储层伤害高。为解决传统压裂液存在的问题,文章以反相乳液聚合法合成了一种兼具减阻、携砂、助排、防膨、低伤害等性能的一体化多功能减阻剂JHFR-Ⅱ,并对其进行室内试验及现场施工。室内实验结果表明:JHFR-Ⅱ溶液黏度在1.0~90.0 mPa·s可调,岩心渗透率的伤害率低于20.0%。优选出0.10%的JHFR-Ⅱ溶液作为减阻水,在储层矿化度下,减阻率达73.2%;优选出0.40%的JHFR-Ⅱ溶液作为携砂液,其携砂能力为清水的90倍,破胶液黏度低于5.0 mPa·s,表面张力低于28.0 mN/m,防膨率高于85%。通过现场施工表明,JHFR-Ⅱ减阻剂不但能够满足致密油气藏大规模体积压裂施工的减阻和携砂需求,还可以用于常规以及其他非常规油气藏的复杂缝网压裂中。一体化多功能减阻剂JHFR-Ⅱ具有一剂多效的特点,其单剂水溶液即可作为压裂施工液体,在压裂施工作业中可有效简化操作流程,降低施工成本。The traditional fracturing fluid is generally a solution system formed by taking drag reducing agent as the core and using various additives such as anti-swelling agent and drainage aid.The preparation process is complex,the compatibility and stability of the system are poor,and permeability damage degree is high.In order to solve the problems existing in traditional fracturing fluid,an integrated multifunctional drag reducer JHFR-Ⅱ with the properties of drag reduction,sand carrying,drainage aid,anti-swelling and low damage was synthesized by reverse phase lotion polymerization,and its indoor test and on-site construction were carried out.The laboratory test results show that the viscosity of JHFR-Ⅱ solution is adjustable from 1.0 to 90.0 mPa·s,and the damage rate of core permeability is lower than 20.0%.0.10% JHFR-Ⅱ solution is selected as drag reduction water,and the drag reduction rate reaches 73.2% under the reservoir salinity;0.40% JHFR-Ⅱ solution is selected as the sand-carrying fluid.Its sand-carrying capacity is 90 times that of clear water,the viscosity of gel breaker is less than 5.0 mPa·s,the surface tension is less than 28.0 mN/m,and the anti-swelling rate is more than 85%.The field operation shows that JHFR-Ⅱ drag reducing agent can not only meet the drag reduction and sand carrying requirements of large-scale volume fracturing construction of tight oil and gas reservoirs,but also be used in complex fracture pattern fracturing of conventional and other unconventional oil and gas reservoirs.The integrated multifunctional drag reducing agent JHFR-Ⅱ has the characteristics of one agent with multiple effects.Its single agent aqueous solution can be used as fracturing construction fluid,which can effectively reduce and simplify the operation process and reduce the construction cost in fracturing construction.
