摘 要:钻井过程中泥页岩井壁失稳问题频发,严重制约了油气田的钻探开发进程,亟需研制新型纳米页岩稳定剂。将疏水基团接枝到纳米二氧化硅表面制备了新型页岩稳定剂(SNL),采用红外光谱、粒度分布测试表征了其微观结构,利用泥页岩膨胀、分散及压力穿透测试评价了其页岩稳定效果,并探讨了新型页岩稳定剂的作用机理。结果表明,新型页岩稳定剂能有效抑制黏土的水化膨胀和分散,其水化抑制效果优于常用水化抑制剂。新型页岩稳定剂通过在泥页岩裂隙中填充、弱化黏土的静电斥力,包被黏土粒子,并将其表面变得疏水,来弱化泥页岩水化作用,改善泥页岩井壁稳定性。SNL在JYHF-2井进行了现场应用,相比邻井,该井的井下复杂率明显降低,现场钻井作业周期显著缩短。SNL的现场应用结果为开发新一代基于润湿性改善的纳米页岩稳定剂提供了思路。In the process of drilling,shale instability occurs frequently,which seriously restricts the drilling and development process of oil and gas fields.There is an urgent need to develop a new type of nano shale stabilizer,which was prepared by grafting hydrophobic groups onto the surface of nano-silica.Its microstructure was characterized by infrared spectrum and particle size distribution test.Its shale stabilization effect was evaluated by shale swelling,dispersion and pressure penetration test,and the mechanism of SNL was discussed.The results show that the new shale stabilizer can effectively inhibit the clay hydration expansion and dispersion,and its hydration inhibition effect is better than that of common hydration inhibitors.The new shale stabilizer weakens the shale hydration by filling and weakening the electrostatic repulsion of clay in shale fractures,coating clay particles,and making its surface hydrophobic.SNL has been applied in JiaoYe HF-2 well.Compared with the adjacent well,the downhole complexity of this well is significantly reduced and the on-site drilling operation cycle is significantly shortened.The field application results of SNL provide ideas for developing a new generation of nano shale stabilizer based on wettability improvement.
