摘 要:青杞为茄科茄属植物青杞Solanum septemlobum Bunge的干燥全草,具有清热解毒的功效,临床上用于治疗咽喉肿痛、目昏眼赤等疾病。通过对青杞的化学成分进行系统分析,根据化合物的母核结构,将青杞的主要化学成分分为倍半萜类、黄酮类、酚酸类、甾体类和其他类共5大类。现代研究表明,青杞具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗菌、抗炎、降血脂等丰富的药理活性。本文对近10年报道的青杞的化学成分和药理活性的研究进行整理和总结,旨在深入了解青杞的特征及其应用范围,为青杞进一步的开发利用提供科学参考。Solanum septemlobum Bunge was collected from dry whole herb,belongs to Solanum genus(Solanaceae).S.septemlobum has the effect of clearing away heat and removing toxic materials,hence it is clinically used in treating sore throat,dizziness and other diseases.According to the structure of parent nucleus,the mainly chemical constituents of S.septemlobum were systematically divided into five categories:sesquiterpenoids,flavonoids,phenolic acids,steroids and others.Modern research shows that S.septemlobum has many pharmacological activities,such as anti-tumor,anti-oxidant,anti-bacterial,antiinflammatory,and hypolipidemic effects.In this paper,the chemical compositions and pharmacological activities of S.septemlobum were summarized in the past ten years,which could better understand the characteristics of S.septemlobum,expand its application scope,and provide a scientific basis for the further development and utilization of S.septemlobum.
