三七对急性心肌梗死防治作用的研究进展

摘　　要：随着急性心肌梗死(AMI)的发病人数逐年上涨,急性心肌梗死已经对人们的健康产生了严重威胁,临床上一直在不断地寻求更加安全、高效的治疗药物及方法。本文将近年来三七及其提取物对急性心肌梗死的预防作用、治疗机理、病理机制有关的文献进行整理、分析和总结,以期为AMI的防治提供相关的理论基础。经总结、分析发现,三七及其提取物可以从多方向对AMI起到治疗效果,且有一定的预防血栓形成的作用,具有独特的用药优势,并且对病人的生活质量和精神压力的缓解都有很大的帮助。Along with the number of patients with the acute myocardial infarction(AMI)increasing year by year,it has produced severe threats on healthy status of the patients,and we have been looking for safer and more efficient therapeutic drugs and methods constantly in the clinic to cope with the disease.The review aims to explore the preventive effect and the pathological mechanism of Panax notoginseng on AMI.By reviewing the related literature,the preventive effect,therapeutic mechanism and pathological mechanism of Panax notoginseng and its extracts on AMI in recent years were summarized,in order to provide related theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of AMI.Seen from the summary and the analysis,Panax notoginseng and its extracts can exert therapeutic effects on AMI from multiple directions,and it is equipped with certain role to prevent thrombosis.It has unique drug advantages and can greatly help improve patient s life quality and relive their mental stress.
