摘　　要：幽门螺杆菌(Hp)是导致慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃癌等胃肠道疾病的常见病因之一。近年来,由于Hp耐药问题愈发严重,临床研究者开始寻找除抗生素以外的新抗菌途径。中药治疗Hp感染疗效确切,并且能有效控制不良反应和复发率,在临床上取得了良好的治疗效果。本文对中医药抗Hp感染进行论述,以期为临床治疗Hp感染提供更多方案。Helicobacter pylori(Hp)is one of the common causes of gastrointestinal diseases,such as chronic gastritis,peptic ulcer and gastric cancer.In recent years,as the drug resistance of Hp has become more and more serious,clinical researchers have begun to look for new antimicrobial means in addition to antibiotics.TCM has a definite curative effect on Hp infection,and can effectively control adverse reactions and recurrence rate,which has achieved a good therapeutic effect in clinical practice.In order to provide more plans for clinical treatment of Hp infection,this study discussed the treatment of Hp infection with TCM.
