摘  要:【目的】研究湿地松种子对4种人工林树种分泌的化感物质的适应性响应能力,为优化、调整人工林的树种结构和种植模式提供科学依据。【方法】采用培养皿种子萌发试验,对柠檬桉、油茶、龙眼和杉木4种人工林树种叶片水浸提液,分别设置0.005,0.01和0.1 g/mL 3个处理水平,以蒸馏水处理为对照,研究各处理对湿地松种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。【结果】湿地松种子萌发率、发芽势、发芽指数均不同程度地受到4个树种叶片浸提液的抑制,其中0.005 g/mL油茶叶片浸提液对湿地松种子萌发率有显著抑制作用,0.1 g/mL柠檬桉叶片浸提液、0.01 g/mL杉木叶片浸提液和3个质量浓度油茶叶片浸提液均能引起湿地松种子发芽势的显著下降,0.1 g/mL柠檬桉叶片浸提液及3个质量浓度油茶叶片浸提液处理的湿地松种子发芽指数均显著降低。各树种叶片浸提液对湿地松幼苗胚根、苗高的影响表现为促进和抑制作用同时存在,但作用较微弱。【结论】湿地松种子萌发率、发芽势、发芽指数和幼苗胚根生长对同一树种不同质量浓度叶片浸提液的响应不同,应综合考虑多个指标来评价不同树种化感物质引起的环境变化对湿地松种子萌发的影响。【Objective】Pinus elliottii is the main afforestation species in southern China.This study investigated the adaptive response of P.elliottii seeds to allelochemicals secreted by four artificial forest trees to provide basis for optimizing and adjusting tree species structure and planting pattern of plantation.【Method】Combined with Petri dish germination test,the P.elliottii seeds were treated with different concentrations(0.005,0.01 and 0.1 g/mL)of aqueous extracts from leaves of 4 tree species including Eucalyptus citriodora,Camellia oleifera,Dimocarpus longan,and Cunninghamia lanceolata.Distilled water was used as control.Germination and seedling growth testes were carried out to study the effects of different aqueous extracts.【Result】The aqueous extracts from leaves of the 4 tree species had different inhibitory effects on seed germination rate,germination potential and germination index of P.elliottii.C.oleifera extract significantly reduced the germination rate of P.elliottii seeds at the concentration of 0.005 g/mL.When the extract concentration was 0.1 g/mL,the effect of E.citriodora on seed germination potential was significantly lower than that of the control.C.lanceolata at the concentration of 0.01 g/mL and C.oleifera at the concentrations of 0.005 g/mL,0.01 g/mL and 0.1 g/mL had the same effects.The extract of C.oleifera at different concentrations and that of E.citriodora at the concentration of 0.1 g/mL inhibited seed germination index significantly.The extracts from the 4 tree species had both insignificant promotion and inhibitory effects on radicle length and seedling height.【Conclusion】Seed germination rate,germination potential,germination index and radicle of P.elliottii had different responses to same environmental factors.It is suggested to consider multiple indexes for comprehensively evaluating response degree of seed germination to environmental changes.
