摘　　要：世界经济数字化转型已成为不可逆转的洪流,各国政府把提升国民基本数字素养和技能提到国家战略高度。把研究的视角投向文科大学生,结合文科教育的特点,分析文科大学生数字素养教育的价值意义,探索培养的重点和策略,以提升文科大学生的数字素养,有利于其高效参与数字经济建设和数字社会治理。The digital transformation in the world economy has become an irreversible trend,so governments of many countries have raised the basic national digital literacy and skill improvement to a national strategic level.Based on the characteristics of college liberal arts education,this paper analyzes the value and significance of digital literacy education for liberal arts students.It explores the key training points and strategies to improve the digital competence among liberal arts students.It is conducive for their efficient participation in the digital economy construction and the digital society governance.
