摘　　要：习近平总书记的“底线思维观”是一系列富有哲理意义和现实意义的重要论述。十八大以来,习近平底线思维观在马克思辩证唯物主义、历史唯物主义理论基础上不断深化和创新,揭示了中国特色社会主义社会建设过程中的“底线思维”的共生性;坚持运用底线思维,突显出中国特色社会主义建设历程中底线思维蓬勃的生命力;坚持把握底线思维,激励党和人民充分发挥主观能动性面对阻碍和机遇,做好迎接国内外严峻形势的充分准备。习近平关于底线思维的重要指示精神的形成,拥有丰富的哲学思想内涵和实践逻辑,迎合了中国特色社会主义事业发展趋向和百年未有之大变局局面。Xi Jinping's"bottom-line thinking concept"is a series of important expositions with philosophical and practical significance.Since the 18th National Congress of the People's Republic of China,Xi Jinping's bottom-line thinking concept has been continuously deepened and innovated on the basis of Marxist dialectical materialism and historical materialism,revealing its symbiosis in the process of building a socialist society with Chinese characteristics.Adhering to the application of it can highlight its vitality in the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics;and adhering to the control of it can inspire the Party and the people to give full play to their subjective initiative to face obstacles and seize opportunities with preparations for the severe situations at both home and abroad.The formation of Xi Jinping's important instruction on bottom-line thinking concept has rich philosophical connotations and practical logic,catering to the development trend of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the profound changes unseen in a century.
