摘 要:培育市场是推进产业链延伸和区域产业合作的基础。通过对中国汽车产业链空间布局拓展的梳理及其产业链分工与区域产业合作之间增长关系的探究,发现汽车产业链演进实践契合“分工—市场”循环累积的经典理论,凸显“市场”的中国特色,呈现“政府+市场”双轮驱动特征。新时代区域协调发展需从成长性、统一性、开放性、竞争性等多个维度培育高水平市场,壮大本土企业,通过产业链布局构建区域产业链、国家产业链,促进区域产业合作。Specialized division of labor can promote regional industrial cooperation,which can reduce transaction costs and improve transaction efficiency,so as to further promote the deepening of division of labor.The promotion of dynamic industry can promote the extension and deepening of industrial chain,promote industrial chain agglomeration,and promote regional industrial cooperation through the Leontief multiplier effect and polarization effect.With industrial agglomeration and economic development,the industrial chain will extend beyond the original area.Therefore,the government needs to break the administrative barriers and promote the extension of industrial chain and regional cooperation while establishing the promoting industry.The evolution of China's automobile industry chain and regional cooperation show the characteristics of"government+market"two-wheel drive,which conforms to the theory of"division of labor-market"cycle accumulation,and depends on market development and expansion,the removal of administrative barriers,as well as the construction of market environment with market opening and orderly competition.
