科技成果转化模式中“三主体”作用探究

摘　　要：科技成果转化需要发挥多元主体作用,在科技成果转化各种模式中,对其中涉及的主体角色进行准确定位,能进一步促进各方主体的协同,对提高科技成果转化率、加快推动科技创新、推动科技成果服务经济发展具有重要战略意义。成都市青白江区的案例是“科学家+企业家+工程师”成果转化模式,是以推动实现创新技术、成果市场化为主要目的的新型科技成果转化模式。在该模式中,科学家、企业家、工程师的“三主体”作用得到充分体现,通过对该模式中“三主体”作用分析,探索“科学家+企业家+工程师”成果转化模式的运行机制,为科技成果转化模式探索提供参考。The transformation of scientific and technological achievements needs to play the role of multiple subjects.In various modes of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,the accurate positioning of the roles of the subjects involved can further promote the coordination of all subjects,and has important strategic significance for improving the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements,accelerating the promotion of scientific and technological innovation,and promoting the service of scientific and technological achievements to economic development.The achievement transformation mode of“scientists+entrepreneurs+engineers”is a new scientific and technological achievement transformation mode proposed by Qingbaijiang District of Chengdu in combination with the actual cases of enterprises,which uses different technological innovation and industrialization resources and environments of universities,scientific research institutions,industries and enterprises to promote the realization of innovative technologies and the marketization of achievements.In this mode,the“three main bodies”of scientists,entrepreneurs and engineers are fully reflected.Through the analysis of the“three main bodies”in this mode,the operation mechanism of the“scientists+entrepreneurs+engineers”achievement transformation mode is explored,which provides a reference for the exploration of achievement transformation mode in China.
