制造企业数字化转型策略研究——以金龙客车为例

摘　　要：揭示影响企业生产经营绩效的关键因素,为制造企业利用数字化转型提高生产经营绩效提供参考。以金龙客车为例,采用单案例研究法研究我国制造企业的数字化转型实施策略。结果表明:阻碍制造企业数字化转型的因素包括数据资源匮乏、信息流通性差和决策效率低等,数据管理、信息交互和智能决策应当作为制造企业数字化转型的关键驱动要素。基于此,提出了完善数字化发展政策、构建创新型产业生态、完善服务体系保障等对策建议,以有效推动我国制造业企业数字化转型。Study the implementation strategy of the digital transformation process of manufacturing enterprises,reveal the key factors affecting the production and operation performance of enterprises,and provide reference for manufacturing enterprises to improve their production and operation performance through digital transformation.Taking Jinlong bus as an example,this paper studies the implementation strategy of digital transformation of Chinese manufacturing enterprises with the single case study method.The results show that the factors hindering the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises include“lack of data resources”,“poor information circulation”and“low decision-making efficiency”.Data management,information interaction and intelligent decision-making should be the key driving factors of the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises.Based on this,this paper puts forward strategic suggestions on“improving the digital development policy”,“building an innovative industrial ecology”and“improving the service system guarantee”,so as to effectively promote the digital transformation of China's manufacturing enterprises.
