摘　　要：随着口腔医疗环境的改变,口腔医护人员职业倦怠问题普遍存在,口腔医护人员职业倦怠也因此获得更多关注。目前,对于口腔医护人员职业倦怠的研究较少,本文旨在揭示口腔医护人员职业倦怠国内外现状,总结近年来常用的口腔医护人员职业倦怠测量工具、影响因素及后果,以协助口腔医护人员便捷评估职业倦怠状态,警醒口腔医护人员提高自我保护意识,为医疗机构及社会针对性改善口腔医护人员职业倦怠现状和提高医疗服务提供应对策略。With the change of the oral medical environment,the burnout of dental healthcare workers is common,so the burnout of dental healthcare workers has received more attention.At present,there are a few researches on burnout of dental healthcare workers.This review reveals the status of the burnout of dental healthcare workers at home and abroad,and summarizes the common measurement tools,influencing factors and consequences in recent years,objective to facilitate dental healthcare workers to assess the state of burnout,alarm dental healthcare to improve the awareness of self-protection,provide countermeasures for medical institutions and society to improve the current situation of burnout of dental healthcare workers and improve medical services.
