江西省产业结构升级对老年人幸福感的影响研究

摘　　要：用中国健康与养老追踪调查(CHARLS)2011、2013、2015、2018年四年的数据组成面板,分析江西省产业结构升级对老年人幸福感的影响。在经过内生性处理、稳健性检验及异质性探讨之后得出以下结论:第一,江西省产业结构升级与老年人幸福感具有正向关系;第二,江西省产业结构升级对城市中老年人的幸福感促进作用显著,而对农村老年人的作用效果不显著;第三,江西省产业结构升级与男性老年人的幸福感的促进作用显著,而对女性老年人作用不显著。This paper uses the data of the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS)in 2011,2013,2015 and 2018 to form a panel to analyze the impact of industrial structure upgrading on the happiness of the elderly in Jiangxi province.After endogenous treatment,robustness test and heterogeneity discussion,the following conclusions are drawn:First,the upgrading of industrial structure in Jiangxi province has a positive relationship with the happiness of the elderly;second,the upgrading of the industrial structure in Jiangxi province has a significant effect on promoting the happiness of the elderly in the city,but not on the elderly in rural areas;third,the upgra-ding of the industrial structure in Jiangxi province has a significant effect on the happiness of the elderly in men,but not in the elderly in women.
