清算型破产重整模式的适用研究

摘　　要：近年来,清算式重整模式在化解产能过剩、清退“僵尸企业”、拯救破产企业的过程中发挥了越来越重要的作用,但该重整模式在实践中仍存在概念和意义不明确、适用范围和适用过程不清晰等问题。故有必要通过理论与实践相结合的方式,来对该重整模式的适用进行分析和总结。文章先对该模式进行了基本介绍,然后通过案例总结出该模式的特点和价值,最后对其适用过程进行了分析并提出了建议。In recent years,the liquidation-type restructuring model has played an increasingly important role in resolving overcapacity,retiring zombie enterprises and rescuing bankrupt enterprises,but there are still problems with the concept and role of this re-structuring model in practice,and the scope of application and application process are unclear.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and summarize the application of this restructuring model through a combination of theory and practice.This paper first introduces the model,then summarizes its features and values through case studies,and finally analyzes the application process and makes suggestions.
