摘 要:印制电路板(Print Circuit Board,PCB)由于其特殊的结构,在农业、工业生产和国防领域中得到广泛应用。对电机定、转子的重要参数进行研究设计,并对定子绕组有效导体宽度进行优化,建立了电机的三维有限元仿真模型,仿真结果验证了优化值的有效性与电机设计的合理性。并且针对定子绕组电感值很小导致产生较大电磁转矩脉动的问题,采用在三相绕组中串入电感的矢量控制,仿真结果证实了控制方法的可行性。Because of its special structure,Print Circuit Board(PCB)has been widely used in agriculture,industrial production and national defense.In this paper,the important parameters of stator and rotor are designed,and the effective conductor width of stator windings is optimized.A three-dimensional finite element simulation model of the motor is established.The simulation results verify the validity of the optimization values and the rationality of the motor design.In order to solve the problem of large electromagnetic torque ripple caused by small inductance of stator windings,vector control with inductance in series in three-phase windings is adopted in this paper.Simulation results confirm the feasibility of the control method.
