摘  要:目前关于精密露点仪温湿度参数的期间核查方法研究较少,为此,文中提出一种合理、可行的精密露点仪期间核查方案。该方案包括核查时所需的实验室环境条件、核查标准及配套设备、核查测量点的确定、核查频次的确定、核查方法的设计和核查结果的验证等。其次,以型号为S-1M/S-1S的精密露点仪作为核查对象,以型号为SWJ-KB的数字温度计作为其温度参数的核查标准,以型号为HYHMP155A的湿度传感器作为其湿度参数的核查标准,对该核查方案的合理性与可行性进行验证。结果表明,所设计方案能够实现对精密露点仪的通用技术和温湿度参数计量性能的核查,并将后续的核查结果与首次的核查结果进行比较,确保精密露点仪的计量性能在两次溯源间隔内可得到持续、有效的控制。There are few studies on the method of the periodic verification of the temperature and humidity parameters of the precision dew⁃point hygrometer.Therefore,a reasonable and feasible periodic verification scheme of the precision dew⁃point hygrometer is proposed.The plan includes the laboratory environmental conditions,verification standards and supporting equipment required for verification,determination of verification measuring points,determination of verification frequency,design of verification methods and verification of verification results,etc.The rationality and feasibility of the verification scheme is verified by taking S⁃1M/S⁃1S precision dew⁃point hygrometer as the verification object,the SWJ⁃KB digital thermometer as the verification standard of its temperature parameters,and HYHMP155A humidity sensor as the verification standard of its humidity parameters.The results show that the designed scheme can realize the verification of the general technology and the measurement performance of temperature and humidity parameters of the precision dew⁃point hygrometer,and the subsequent verification results are compared with the first verification results to ensure that the measurement performance of the precision dew⁃point hygrometer can be continuously and effectively controlled within the two traceability intervals.
