老旧社区中老幼共享空间设计研究

摘　　要：在人口老龄化、生育政策、生存压力大等多种因素的影响下,全国普遍出现了老幼相伴的现象。但现如今老旧社区中存在许多问题,无法满足老幼的共同需求。因此,为老人和幼儿打造良好的共享空间成为一个重要课题。本文从老人和幼儿的生理、心理需求及行为特征出发,剖析老旧社区存在的问题,并提出了老幼共享空间设计的通用性原则和创新性策略。营造出一个真正适宜老幼共同分享的活动空间,以此提高老幼的生活质量和社区的凝聚力。Urban Under the influence of many factors such as aging population,fertility policy,high survival pressure,the phenomenon of both the elderly and the children accompanying each other increasingly appears in China.But there are now many problems in the old community that cannot meet the common needs of the elderly and the children.Therefore,creating a good shared space for the elderly and children has become an important topic.Based on the physical and psychological needs and behavioral characteristics of the elderly and children,the problems existing in the old community are analyzed,and the universal principles and innovative strategies of the shared space design are put forward,so as to create a truly shared activity space suitable for the elderly and the children,and improve the quality of life and the cohesion of the community.
