摘 要:一直以来,由于远期缺乏系统规划,农村住宅用地呈现出数量多、分布分散、利用粗放等问题,制约了农民生活水平的提高和农村经济、农业现代化的发展。因此,迫切需要研究村庄空间布局的优化,以指导农村住宅用地的科学管理。本文以无锡市鹅湖镇鹅湖村片区规划为例,在分析研究其农村住宅用地特点的基础上,从宏观层面构建了住宅用地减量布局体系,并做好相应增量需求的近期远期规模预控,进一步从微观尺度上提出了近期住宅用地布局的优化方向,以确保有限新增建设指标的精准投放。Due to the lack of systematic planning in the long term,rural housing land presents many problems,such as large quantity,scattered distribution,and extensive utilization,which restricts the improvement of farmers'living standards as well as the development of rural economy and agricultural modernization.Therefore,it is urgent to study the optimization of village spatial layout in order to guide the scientific management of rural housing land.Based on the study of the characteristics of rural residential land,this paper takes the planning of Ehu Village,Ehu Town,Wuxi City as example,analyzes the reduction layout system of housing land from the macro level,and conducts scale pre-control of the corresponding incremental demand in the short-term and long-term,and further puts forward the optimization direction of the recent housing land layout from the micro scale,so as to ensure the accurate delivery of the limited new construction indicators.
