摘 要:在城市存量发展和人口老龄化的趋势下,我国大量老旧小区急需更新其中老旧住宅加建电梯项目通过改善竖向交通条件、便利居民日常出行,成为了城市更新中的一个重要议题。本文着重关注老旧住宅电梯加建过程中住户之间的协商问题,以博弈论理论为框架,结合笔者参与的实际案例分析,从纽约高线改造的历程和相关政策中寻求启发,为推动电梯加建工作顺利完成提供一些参考。Under the trend of urban stock development and population aging,a large number of old communities in China urgently need to be updated,among which the elevator-adding in old residential buildings has become an important issue in urban renewal by improving vertical traffic conditions and facilitating residents'daily travel.This paper focuses on the negotiation between residents in the process of elevator-adding construction of old residential buildings,takes game theory as the framework,combines the actual case analysis,and seeks inspiration from the process of New York's high line renovation and related policies,which could provide some references for promoting the successful completion of elevator-adding construction.
