摘  要:3D打印技术是一种增材制造技术,近年来在骨科领域得到广泛推广,很多原来需要内植物的骨科手术都与3D打印技术发生交集,其主要用于骨缺损的修复、翻修手术假体植入、脊柱融合手术、关节假体定制等方面。随着新型3D打印材料的不断研究开发,各种个体化定制的内植物在临床应用中取得了前所未有的进步,为骨缺损修复重建迎来新的研究方向。本文简要综述3D打印内植物在骨盆疾病、髋膝关节置换术、足踝外科、脊柱外科、骨肿瘤等领域的应用情况及其进展。3D printing technology is an additive manufacturing technology. In recent years, this technology has been widely used in the field of orthopaedics. Many orthopedic operations that originally required implants have intersected with 3D printing technology. It is mainly used for bone defect repair, prosthesis implantation for revision surgery, spinal fusion surgery, and joint prosthesis customization. With the continuous research and development of 3D printing materials, various customized implants have achieved unprecedented progress in clinical applications and provided a new research direction for bone defect repair and reconstruction. This paper briefly reviews the application and progress of 3D printed implants in the fields of pelvic disease, hip and knee replacement, foot and ankle surgery, spine surgery, and bone tumor.
