摘 要:传统配电网可靠性评估模型难以模拟新型配电元件在传统工作与停运2种状态之外的新状态。针对该问题,提出一种考虑新型配电元件多状态可靠性模型的配电网可靠性评估方法。首先建立基于状态空间法的新型配电元件可靠性指标求解模型,该模型根据新型配电元件的子模块故障及其影响情况对新型配电元件进行状态划分,并建立新型配电元件马尔可夫模型,利用状态合并简化模型平稳状态概率求解,通过频率持续时间法计算考虑状态合并后的各状态可靠性指标,通过状态合并归总获取不同的可靠性状态及相应可靠性指标。在此基础上,建立基于状态空间蒙特卡洛法的含新型配电元件配电网可靠性评估模型,从而实现可靠性评估。最后,通过算例验证了该模型的有效性。Aiming at the problem that the traditional distribution network reliability evaluation model is difficult to simulate the new state of new distribution components other than traditional operation and outage,a distribution network reliability evaluation method considering multi-state reliability model of new distribution components was proposed.Firstly,the reliability index solution model of distribution components based on state space method was established,and the states of new distribution components were divided according to the fault states and fault effects of new distribution component sub modules.On this basis,a new distributed element Markov model was established,and uses the state merging simplified model smooth state probability to obtain the solution.The frequency duration method was used to calculate the reliability indexes of each state considering state merging,then the reliability states and corresponding reliability indexes with different impacts were obtained through state summary.On this basis,the reliability evaluation model of distribution network with new distribution components based on state space Monte Carlo method is established to realize the reliability evaluation of distribution network with new distribution components.Finally,an example verifies the effectiveness of the model.
