摘　　要：柱上断路器被广泛应用于电网中的联络、分段、支线上,但目前仍然缺乏对柱上断路器控制器时序特性进行专业校验的检测方法。提出一种基于可编程时间继电器的柱上断路器控制器检测方案,结合分析柱上断路器多次重合闸原理,对柱上断路器控制器重合闸时序特性进行检验;并经过在某市柱上断路器的验证,可以利用航空插头实现不拆接线、不停电、不跳开关的继电保护校验,有效提高了现场工作效率。The column circuit breakers are widely used in connection,subdivision and branch line power networks,but there is still a lack of professional inspection methods to check the timing characteristics of the controller of column circuit breakers.In this paper,a detection scheme of column circuit breaker controller based on programmable time relay is proposed,and the reclosing timing characteristics of column circuit breaker controller are tested by analyzing the reclosing principle of column circuit breaker multiple times.And after the verification of the circuit breaker on a column in a city,can use the aviation plug to realize the relay protection check without dismantling wiring,no power failure,no switch,effectively improving the efficiency of the site.
