摘  要:丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPKs)是广泛表达的丝氨酸(酪氨酸)激酶,在细胞内信号转导通路中起重要作用。近年来研究表明,c-Jun氨基末端激酶(c-Jun N-terminal kinase,JNK)作为MAPKs级联的重要分支之一,在调控病理性疼痛的发生与维持中发挥了关键作用。本文围绕其分子结构和功能、JNK信号转导通路的激活及其在病理性疼痛中的作用机制的最新研究进展进行综述,以期为临床疼痛的预防和治疗提供新思路。Mitogen-activated protein kinases(MAPKs)are ubiquitously expressed serine/tyrosine kinases that play important roles in intracellular signal transduction pathways.Recent studies have shown that the c-Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK)signaling pathway,as one of the important branches of the MAPKs cascade,plays a key role in regulating the occurrence and maintenance of pathological pain.This article reviews the latest research progress on its molecular structure and function,the activation of JNK signal transduction pathway,and its mechanism of action in pathological pain,with a view to providing new ideas for the prevention and treatment of clinical pain.
