摘　　要：腰椎间盘退变是骨科的一种常见疾病,并随着人口及年龄的增长患病人数逐年增加,其发病特点是腰背部疼痛,严重者有下肢疼痛麻木,影响患者正常的行走活动。现在主要的治疗方式为保守和手术治疗。保守治疗主要为缓解疼痛,手术治疗虽然能从解剖结构上减除神经受压,但改变了原来的生物结构,并且接受治疗的患者大多是椎间盘退变严重的,对于退变较轻者以及如何在不改变原有生物结构的情况下治疗,一直没有一个较好的治疗方法。随着椎间盘退变在分子机制的不断研究,发现miR-155与椎间盘退变有关系,在椎间盘退变的诊断及治疗中扮演重要角色。本综述旨在总结miR-155与椎间盘退变关系的最新研究进展,为今后研究miR-155与椎间盘退变及制定相关治疗方式上提供参考。Lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration is a common disease in orthopaedics,and the number of patients increases year by year with the increase of population and age.The disease is characterized by low back pain,severe lower limb pain and numbness,which affects the normal walking of patients Activity.At present,the main treatment methods are conservative and surgical treatment.Conservative treatment is mainly to relieve pain.Although surgical treatment can reduce nerve compression from the anatomical structure,it changes the original biological structure,and most of the patients receiving treatment are intervertebral disc degeneration.Seriously,there has not been a better treatment method for those with mild degeneration and how to treat without changing the original biological structure.With the continuous research on the molecular mechanism of intervertebral disc degeneration,it is found that miR-155 is related to intervertebral disc degeneration,and it is likely to play an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of intervertebral disc degeneration.This review aims to summarize the latest research progress on the relationship between miR-155 and intervertebral disc degeneration,and provide a reference for future research on miR-155 and intervertebral disc degeneration and the formulation of related treatment methods.
