针刀配合骶管疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探析采用针刀配合骶管疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床效果。方法 选择江苏省溧阳市中医医院2019年1月—2021年12月收治的102例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者,按照双盲法分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组接受常规对症治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上接受针刀配合骶管疗法治疗,对比两组治疗总有效率、视觉模拟疼痛评分、疼痛程度分级指数、疼痛强度评分、中医证候积分。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率(96.08%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.044,P=0.013)。治疗后,观察组VAS评分、PRI指数、PPI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者应用针刀配合骶管疗法治疗的效果突出,有利于改善疼痛感,改善患者中医症状。Objective To explore the clinical effect of using needle knife with sacral canal therapy in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods 102 patients with postherpetic neuralgia who admitted to Liyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 and December 2021 were selected and they were divided into control group and observation group according to double-blind method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was received conventional symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was received needle knife with sacral canal therapy on the basis of conventional treatment.The total treatment efficiency,visual analog pain score,pain degree grading index,pain intensity score,and TCM symptom score of patients with postherpetic neuralgia in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(96.08%)was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.044,P=0.013).After treatment,the VAS score,PRI index and PPI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,each score of TCM syndrome in the observation group was lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of needle knife with sacral canal therapy for patients with postherpetic neuralgia has outstanding effects,which is conducive to improving pain and can improve the TCM symptom of patients.
