加味通窍活血汤联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗高血压性心脏病的临床分析

摘　　要：目的 探究加味通窍活血汤联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗高血压性心脏病的临床效果。方法 选取2020年2月—2021年8月安丘市中医院收治的70例高血压性心脏病患者为研究对象,按照随机法将其分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组给予酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗,观察组给予加味通窍活血汤联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果及心功能改善情况。结果 观察组治疗后的总有效率(94.29%)明显高于对照组(74.29%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.285,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清B型尿纳肽(BNP)、左心室收缩的末期容积指数(LVESD)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、左心室舒张的末期容积指数(LVEDD)均低于治疗前,且观察组BNP(176.54±15.87)ng/L、CRP(1.09±0.14)mg/L、LVESD(30.48±3.35)mL/m^(2)、LVEDD(59.33±3.21)mL/m^(2)均显著低于对照组[(210.63±22.02)ng/L、(1.61±0.27)mg/L、(39.56±3.31)mL/m^(2)、(68.48±3.36)mL/m^(2)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于高血压性心脏病患者实行加味通窍活血汤联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗,可以促进其心功能恢复。Objective To explore the clinical effect of combining Jiaweitongqiaohuoxue decoction with metoprolol tartrate tablets on the clinical treatment of hypertensive heart disease.Methods 70 patients with hypertensive heart disease admitted to Anqiu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol tartrate tablets,and the observation group was treated with Jiaweitongqiaohuoxue decoction combined with metoprolol tartrate tablets.The treatment effect and cardiac function improvement of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment(94.29%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.29%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.285,P<0.05).After treatment,brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),left ventricular end-systolic dimension(LVESD),C-reactive protein(CRP),and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)were lower than those before treatment of two groups,and BNP(176.54±15.87)ng/L,CRP(1.09±0.14)mg/L,LVESD(30.48±3.35)mL/m^(2),LVEDD(59.33±3.21)mL/m^(2) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group[(210.63±22.02)ng/L,(1.61±0.27)mg/L,(39.56±3.31)mL/m^(2),(68.48±3.36)mL/m^(2)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with hypertensive heart disease,the treatment of modified Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction combined with metoprolol tartrate tablets can promote the recovery of cardiac function.
