益气活血复方联合硝酸甘油治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病稳定型心绞痛疾病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病稳定型心绞痛接受硝酸甘油配合益气活血复方的临床价值。方法 总计抽取2020年1月—2021年12月期间济南市中西医结合医院收治的84例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病稳定型心绞痛患者为研究对象,通过随机数表法均等划分为对照组(42例)、研究组(42例),以硝酸甘油单一治疗作为对照组、以硝酸甘油联合益气活血复方治疗作为研究组,对治疗效果展开分析探讨。结果 治疗后,研究组纤维蛋白原水平(5.27±1.01)g/L、红细胞压积(0.36±0.04)%、高切全血黏度(7.02±0.40)mPa·s、低切全血黏度(8.01±0.76)mPa·s均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.920、11.133、2.703、3.790,P<0.05);治疗后,研究组心绞痛持续时间(1.01±0.15)min、心绞痛发作次数(0.94±0.21)次、心绞痛疼痛评分(3.01±0.52)分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.637、11.189、10.123,P<0.05);研究组临床总有效率(97.62%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.480,P<0.05)。结论 益气活血复方联合硝酸甘油治疗对提高冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病稳定型心绞痛患者临床疗效具有重要作用。Objective To analyze the clinical value of receiving nitroglycerin combined with Yiqi Huoxue compound for stable angina pectoris in coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Methods A total of 84 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease admitted to Jinan Hospital of Integrative Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected for the study.The patients were equally divided into 42 cases in the control group and 42 cases in the study group by the random number table method.Nitroglycerin single treatment was used as the control group,and nitroglycerin combined with Yiqi Huoxue compound was used as the study group to analyze the treatment effect.Results The fibrinogen level(5.27±1.01)g/L,hematocrit(0.36±0.04)%,high-cut whole blood viscosity(7.02±0.40)mPa·s,low-cut whole blood viscosity(8.01±0.76)mPa·s in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.920,11.133,2.703,3.790,P<0.05).The duration of angina pectoris(1.01±0.15)min,the number of angina pectoris(0.94±0.21)times and the pain score of angina pectoris(3.01±0.52)points in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.637,11.189,10.123,P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the study group(97.62%)was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.480,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yiqi Huoxue compound with nitroglycerin treatment has an important role in improving the clinical efficacy of patients with stable angina pectoris in coronary artery atherosclerotic heart disease.
