鼻窦内窥镜手术中常规行中鼻甲成形术的效果研究

摘　　要：目的 评估为鼻窦炎患者应用鼻窦内窥镜手术中鼻甲成形术的应用效果。方法 选择江苏大学附属医院2019年1月—2020年12月期间耳鼻咽喉科接诊的80例异常中鼻甲的鼻窦炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,对照组与观察组,各40例,两组患者均接受鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗,对照组给予中鼻甲完整切除治疗,观察组给予中鼻甲成形术治疗。将两组鼻窦炎患者的治疗总有效率、症状评分、Lund-Kennedy评分以及SNOT-20评分予以比较。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率(97.50%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.135,P<0.05)。观察组临床症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Lund-Kennedy评分、SNOT-20评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用鼻窦内窥镜手术中鼻甲成形术的治疗效果突出,可更好地改善患者的临床症状。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of middle conchoplasty in endoscopic sinus surgery for patients with sinusitis.Methods A total of 80 cases of sinusitis with abnormal turbinate received from the Department of Otolaryngology of Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research object and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received endoscopic sinus surgery,the control group received complete middle turbinectomy,the observation group received middle conchoplasty.The total response rate,symptom score,Lund-Kennedy score and SNOT-20 score of sinusitis were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.135,P<0.05).Clinical symptom score of observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Lund-Kennedy score and SNOT-20 score in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of endoscopic sinus middle conchoplasty in the treatment of outstanding results,can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
