摘  要:2022年3—4月份,陕西关中某奶山羊养殖场暴发呼吸系统疾病,导致约150只奶山羊发病死亡。为了明确羔羊发病原因,试验对5只病死羔羊进行了剖检,并采集其肺脏、胸腔积液和心包积液进行细菌分离鉴定、耐药性检测及致病性试验。结果表明:死亡羔羊病变主要在肺部,剖检可见肺脏水肿,心叶、尖叶、膈叶有典型的红色肝变区,切面有化脓灶,且肺脏与胸壁粘连。5只羔羊肺脏中均分离到羊链球菌,大肠杆菌和海藻糖比伯斯坦菌分别在2只羔羊肺脏中分离到,结合肺脏病变初步判断此次羔羊肺炎由羊链球菌引起,或伴发有其他细菌感染。羊链球菌分离株对替米考星、恩诺沙星、链霉素等抗生素均耐药,对阿莫西林、苯唑西林、复方阿莫西林等抗生素敏感。将分离的羊链球菌菌株给小鼠腹腔注射后,小鼠2~6 h内主要表现被毛凌乱、扎堆,48 h内未出现死亡,但剖检发现攻菌小鼠肺脏均出现不同程度出血。说明该养殖场关中奶山羊羔羊主要感染了羊链球菌,同时合并感染了大肠杆菌和海藻糖比伯斯坦菌。From March to April in 2022, an outbreak of respiratory disease in a dairy goat farm in Guanzhong region, Shaanxi Province, resulted in the morbidity and mortality of about 150 dairy goats. In order to clarify the cause of the disease, the experiment examined five sick and dead lambs, and the lungs, pleural effusion and pericardial effusion of the five lambs were collected for bacterial isolation and identification, drug resistance detection and pathogenicity test. The results showed that the lesions of the dead lambs were mainly in the lungs;autopsy showed pulmonary edema, and typical red hepatic areas in the heart lobe, pointed lobe, and diaphragm;there were suppurative foci on the section, and the lungs were adhered to the chest wall. Streptococcus ovis were isolated in the lungs of five lambs. Escherichia coli and Bibersteinia trehalosi were isolated in the lungs of two lambs, respectively. Combined with lung lesions, it was preliminarily judged that the lamb pneumonia was caused by Streptococcus ovis, or accompanied by other bacterial infections. Streptococcus ovis isolates were resistant to telmicocin, enrofloxacin, streptomycin and other antibiotics, and sensitive to amoxicillin, oxacillin, compound amoxicillin and other antibiotics. After the isolated Streptococcus ovis strain was injected intraperitoneally into mice, the mice mainly showed messy and piled coat within 2-6 h, and no death occurred within 48 h, but autopsy found that the lungs of the infected mice had different degrees of bleeding. Combined with epidemiological investigation, clinical manifestations and laboratory test, it was finally confirmed that the Guanzhong dairy goat lambs in this farm were mainly infected with Streptococcus ovis, and co-infected with Escherichia coli and Bibersteinia trehalosi.
