摘 要:为开发蛋鸡中草药保健原料和开拓面临困境的龙脑樟产业新市场,试验首先分析了龙脑樟枝叶粉与副产物粉的常规营养成分和氨基酸组成,并将常规营养成分与玉米和苜蓿草粉进行比较;然后将60只同一批出雏、产蛋率接近、平均体重为1.5 kg的460日龄海兰灰蛋鸡随机分为3组(对照组、1.5%组和2.5%组),每组20只,4个重复,每个重复5只,对照组仅饲喂基础日粮,1.5%组和2.5%组分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加1.5%和2.5%副产物粉的试验日粮,预试期7 d,试验期42 d,测定各组生产性能(产蛋性能、蛋品质)和血清生化指标。结果表明:与玉米和苜蓿草粉比较,龙脑樟枝叶粉和副产物粉的干物质含量和总能量较高,粗蛋白、粗灰分和粗纤维含量居中,粗脂肪含量较低;龙脑樟枝叶粉和副产物粉之间比较,副产物粉的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗灰分和粗纤维含量略高,干物质含量和总能略低,二者常规营养成分差异不大。龙脑樟枝叶粉和副产物粉均含有17种氨基酸,其中必需氨基酸7种,非必需氨基酸10种,谷氨酸和天冬氨酸含量相对较高,但蛋氨酸含量较低,并缺乏色氨酸。3个组中,1.5%组的平均日产蛋重、平均蛋重、产蛋率、蛋壳强度、蛋白高度和哈氏单位均最高,料蛋比最低;1.5%和2.5%组的蛋白高度、蛋黄颜色、哈氏单位和蛋壳厚度略高于对照组,但各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);2.5%组的平均日采食量和产蛋率极显著低于对照组和1.5%组(P<0.01),平均日产蛋重显著低于对照组和1.5%组(P<0.05);其他生产性能指标各组间均差异不显著(P>0.05)。1.5%组血清尿酸浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),2.5%组血清尿酸浓度略低于对照组但差异不显著(P>0.05);1.5%组和2.5%组血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白水平,三酰甘油、总胆固醇浓度略低于对照组,但各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);其他血清生化指标各组间均差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明日粮中添加适In order to develop the health raw materials of Chinese herbal medicine for laying hens and open up the new market of Borneol Cinnamomum camphora industry which is facing difficulties, firstly, the conventional nutrient composition and amino acid composition of Borneol Cinnamomum camphora branch and leaf powder and by-product powder were analyzed, and the conventional nutrient composition of Borneol Cinnamomum camphora branch and leaf powder and by-product powder with corn and alfalfa powder was compared. Secondly, sixty 460 days old Hy-line grey laying hens of the same batch with similar laying rate and the average weight was 1.5 kg were randomly divided into 3 groups(control group, 1.5% group and 2.5% group), with 20 hens in each group, 4 replicates, 5 hens in each replicate.The control group was only fed with the basic diet, and the 1.5% group and 2.5% group were fed with the test diet supplemented with 1.5% and 2.5% by-product powder in the basic diet respectively.The pre-test period was 7 days, and the experimental period was 42 days.The production performance(egg production performance, egg quality) and serum biochemical indexes of each group were measured.The results showed that the dry matter content and total energy of Borneol Cinnamomum camphora branch and leaf powder and by-product powder were higher, crude protein, crude ash and crude fiber content were in the middle, and crude fat content was lower than that of corn and alfalfa powder;compared with the Borneol Cinnamomum camphora branch and leaf powder, the content of crude protein, crude fat, crude ash and crude fiber in the by-product powder was slightly higher, and the content of dry matter and total energy were slightly lower. There was no significant difference in the conventional nutritional composition between the two.Both of Borneol Cinnamomum camphora branch and leaf powder and by-product powder contained 17 kinds of amino acids, including 7 kinds of essential amino acids and 10 kinds of nonessential amino acids.
