摘  要:为了探究蒲公英散及其水提物对奶牛临床型乳房炎疗效,试验将12头健康奶牛作为对照组(A组),试验过程中不给予任何药物;将24头临床型乳房炎奶牛随机分为蒲公英散灌服组(B组,灌服蒲公英散,每头每天250 g)和乳房灌注蒲公英散水提物组(C组,乳房灌注蒲公英散水提物,每头每天100 mL),1次/d,连续给药7 d,观察至第12天。给药后根据乳房或患病乳区的临床症状、产奶量、泌乳和乳汁质量判断治愈情况,统计治愈率、有效率和无效率;分别在试验第1,4,7,12天检测试验奶牛的产奶量、乳汁体细胞数和炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)]的质量浓度。结果表明:B、C组治疗的有效率分别为41.67%和75.00%,治愈率分别25.00%和58.33%。B、C组奶牛乳汁体细胞数及乳清IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α质量浓度在试验第1,4,7,12天均极显著高于A组(P<0.01),但随用药时间延长呈下降趋势;而B、C组产奶量在试验第1,4,7,12天均极显著低于A组(P<0.01),并随用药时间延长呈上升趋势。C组产奶量在试验第4,7,12天极显著高于B组(P<0.01);B、C组奶牛乳汁体细胞数在试验第1天均极显著高于A组(P<0.01),而C组在试验第4,7,12天极显著低于B组(P<0.01)。C组乳清IL-1β质量浓度在试验第1,4,7,12天均极显著低于B组(P<0.01),IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α质量浓度在试验第4,7,12天均极显著低于B组(P<0.01)。说明蒲公英散及其水提物对奶牛临床型乳房炎具有良好的治疗效果,且乳房灌注蒲公英散水提物治疗效果更优。In order to explore the efficacy of dandelion powder and its aqueous extract on clinical mastitis in dairy cows, in the experiment, 12 healthy cows were used as the control group(group A) and no drug was given during the test;24 cows with clinical mastitis were randomly divided into dandelion powder infusion group(group B, dandelion powder infusion, 250 g per head per day) and udder infusion of dandelion powder aqueous extract group(group C, udder infusion of dandelion powder aqueous extract, 100 mL per head per day), which were administered 1 time/d, continuously for 7 d and observed until day 12. The cure status was judged according to the clinical symptoms, milk production, lactation and milk quality of the udder or diseased udder area after administration, and the cure rate, efficiency and inefficiency of treatment were counted. Milk yield, milk somatic cell count and mass concentrations of inflammatory factors(tumor necrosis factor-α [TNF-α], interleukin-6 [IL-6], interleukin-8 [IL-8] and interleukin-1β [IL-1β]) of the test cows were measured on days 1, 4, 7 and 12 of the test, respectively. The results showed that the effective rates of treatment in groups B and C were 41.67% and 75.00%, respectively, and the cure rates were 25.00% and 58.33%, respectively. The milk somatic cell count and serum IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α mass concentrations of cows in groups B and C were highly significantly higher than those in group A on days 1, 4, 7 and 12 of the test(P<0.01), but showed a decreasing trend with increasing duration of drug administration. In contrast, milk production in groups B and C was highly significantly lower than that in group A on days 1, 4, 7 and 12(P<0.01), and showed an increasing trend with the advancement of drug administration. Milk yield in group C was highly significantly higher than that in group B on days 4, 7 and 12 of the test(P<0.01);milk somatic cell counts in both groups B and C were highly significantly higher than that in group A on day 1 of the test(P<0.01), while group C
