摘　　要：语言具有交际、思维、教化、情感和凝聚等功能,对促进中华文化普及,强化中华文化认同,铸牢中华民族共同体意识,构筑中华民族共有精神家园,促进各民族交往交流交融,发挥重要的载体、纽带和价值彰显作用。要准确理解中华文化与中华民族、中华文化与各民族文化、语族与民族、差异性与共同性、语言的工具性和内聚性的关系,切实发挥国家通用语言在构筑中华民族共有精神家园的主渠道作用,充分发挥少数民族语言在构筑中华民族共有精神家园的桥梁功能,强化中华文化站位和中华文化认同,突出中华文化特征和中华民族视觉形象,切实发挥语言在构筑中华民族共有精神家园中的内聚性和向心力,使各民族在共创中华文化基础上,共享中华文化、共传中华文化。With the functions of communication, thought, indoctrination and cohesiveness, language can be of significant vehicle, bond and value manifestation for promoting the popularization of Chinese culture, enhancing a stronger sense of identity with Chinese culture, fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation, building a shared spiritual home for the Chinese nation, and promoting interactions, exchanges and integration among all ethnic groups. The relationship between Chinese culture and Chinese nation, Chinese culture and ethnic culture, languages and ethnic groups, diversity and commonality, as well as instrumentality of language and its cohesion should be comprehended accurately. Standard Chinese should practically exert its main role in fostering a shared spiritual home for the Chinese nation while ethnic minority languages are functioning as the bridges for fostering this spiritual home. Furthermore, the position and identity of Chinese culture should be strengthened, highlighting the features of Chinese culture and the visual image of Chinese nation. The inherent cohesiveness of language can be put to good use in fostering a shared spiritual home for the Chinese nation, enabling all ethnic groups to share and inherit Chinese culture on the basis of co-creating Chinese culture.
