大数据背景下财务共享服务中心应用研究——以TCL集团为例

摘　　要：近年来,许多大型企业集团为了提高财务工作效率、降低财务处理成本开始建立和实施财务共享服务中心,根据市场反应,实施效果较为显著。但是伴随着科技信息技术的更新,传统模式显然早已无法跟上时代的脚步,企业需要进一步优化调整。本文将以TCL集团股份有限公司为例,深入研究分析该公司财务共享平台的现状,并对此存在的问题提出相应对策。In recent years,many large enterprise groups in order to improve the efficiency of financial work,reduce the cost of financial processing began to establish and implement the financial sharing service center,and according to the market response,the implementation effect is more significant.However,with the update of science and information technology,the traditional model has obviously been unable to keep up with the pace of The Times,and enterprises need to further optimize and adjust.This paper will take TCL Corporation as an example to deeply study and analyze the current situation of the company’s financial sharing platform,and put forward corresponding countermeasures to the existing problems.
