以双下肢痉挛性疼痛为首发症状的希恩综合征继发肾上腺功能不全:1例报道与文献复习

摘　　要：希恩综合征患者常由于垂体功能不全继发内分泌系统失调相关症状,但以双下肢疼痛为首发症状就诊的希恩综合征病例报道实为少见。我院接诊1例以双下肢疼痛为首发症状的希恩综合征病例,经对症治疗及长期口服糖皮质激素治疗后病情得以控制,现将该病例作报道并进行文献复习,希望能为临床工作者提供参考。Patients with Sheehan's syndrome are often accompanied by endocrine disorders related symptom and manifestation because of hypophyseal insufficiency,but spasmodic pain in lower limbs as the primary symptom is rare.This paper reports one Sheehan's syndrome patient with spasmodic pain in both lower limbs as the primary symptom and reviews the literatures,to provide reference for clinical workers.
