摘　　要：整形外科局部麻醉术后疼痛的管理已经成为人们越来越关注的话题,尤其是在现今广泛开展整形日间/门诊手术的形势下。本文通过回顾整形外科的疼痛性质、了解整形外科手术相关疼痛管理的发展,突出说明整形外科中与局部麻醉相关的围手术期疼痛管理的方法和理念,进一步明确疼痛管理在整形外科中的意义。The management of postoperative pain after local anesthesia in plastic surgery has become a topic with more and more concern,especially in the situation of extensive day/outpatient plastic surgery.This article reviewed the characters of pain in plastic surgery,and the development of surgery related pain management,highlighted the methods and concepts of perioperative pain management related to local anesthesia in plastic surgery,and further clarified the significance of pain management in plastic surgery.
