摘　　要：本次年鉴介绍钙通道阻滞剂镇痛机制与治疗近一年的相关重要文献,包括齐考诺肽鞘内泵给药治疗顽固性偏头痛、普瑞巴林改善疼痛相关的认知和情感、新药米罗巴林增强阿片类药物和氯胺酮的镇痛作用及米罗巴林用于治疗开胸术后疼痛综合征的试验方案等。This yearbook introduces the literatures on analgesie mechanism and elinical application of caleium blockers in this year,including intratheeal administration of ziconotide for chronie migraine;pregabalin enhancing pain-associated cognitive and affective consequences;mirogabalin improving opioids and ketamine antinciception and clinical trial protocol of mirogabalin treatment for postoperative neuropathie pain after thoracie surgery.
