摘 要:静电纺丝是一种利用高压静电场制备超细纤维的技术,因其所制备的纳米纤维材料具有较强的机械强度,可模仿细胞外基质(ECM)结构,被广泛应用于组织工程和生物医药等领域。按照基质聚合物来源的不同,对静电纺丝制备医用敷料的合成聚合物和天然聚合物的特性进行了详细的介绍,并对其优劣进行了比较。按照不同的种类,总结了几种静电纺丝医用敷料常用的负载物,并对其促进伤口愈合的机制进行了阐述,并对制备静电纺丝医用敷料存在的问题进行了分析,以期促进静电纺丝技术在医用敷料领域的进一步拓展。Electrospinning is a technology that uses a high-voltage electrostatic field to prepare ultrafine fibers,which are widely used in tissue engineering and biomedical fields because the nanofiber materials prepared have strong mechanical strength and can mimic the structure of extracellular matrix(ECM).In this paper,the characteristics of synthetic and natural polymers for the preparation of medical dressings by electrostatic spinning were described in detail,and their advantages and disadvantages were compared according to the source of the matrix polymer.Several kinds of loaded substances used in wound dressing were summarized,the mechanism of the dressing to promote wound healing was described,and the problems of making electrospinning wound dressing were analyzed,in order to promote the further development of electrospinning technology in the field of wound dressing.
