摘 要:地热能是一种绿色低碳、可循环利用、可再生的能源,大庆油田X区地温梯度高,平均4.3℃/100 m,3000 m埋深地层温度120~135℃,深层无油气干扰,满足地热能试验区开发建设的基本条件。为实现大庆油田燃煤锅炉房地热能源清洁替代,针对X区上部地层成岩性差、胶结疏松,下部葡萄花油层、扶杨油层已注水开发,地层压力较大且均为含气层的施工难点,以先导试验井X1-1及X1-H1井为例,从井身结构、钻具组合、钻井液体系、固井技术等方面进行设计优化,满足地热井钻井需要,完善了中深层地热能勘探开发的技术体系。Geothermal energy is a green,low-carbon,recyclable and renewable energy.The geothermal gradient in the block X of Daqing Oilfield is high,with an average temperature gradient of 4.3°C/100 m,the formation temperature at a depth of 3000 m is 120-135°C,and there is no oil and gas interference in the deep layer,which meets the basic prerequisites for the development and construction of the geothermal energy test area.To realize the clean replacement of geothermal energy in the coal-fired boiler room of Daqing Oilfield,in view of the construction difficulties of poor diagenesis and loose cementation in the upper formation of block X,as well as the water injection development of the lower Putaohua and Fuyang oil layers,high formation pressure and gas bearing in both layers,this paper takes the pilot test wells X1-1 and X1-H1 as examples to optimize the drilling design from the aspects including wellbore structure,BHA,drilling fluid system,and cementing technology.The optimization achievements of the drilling design meets the needs of geothermal well drilling,and the improvement of the technical system for the exploration and development of mid and deep geothermal energy.
