首荟通便胶囊治疗原发性肝癌患者载药微球介入术后便秘的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨首荟通便胶囊对原发性肝癌患者载药微球介入术后便秘的影响。方法:回顾性筛选出临沂市肿瘤医院2019年7月至2021年8月收治的原发性肝癌患者,以接受载药微球介入术治疗后发生便秘的92例患者作为研究对象,根据使用通便药物的不同分为2组,口服通便灵胶囊的患者作为对照组,口服首荟通便胶囊的患者作为观察组,以治疗后中医病症临床疗效、便秘症状疗效、不良反应发生情况为具体评价指标。结果:治疗后,2组患者中医病症临床疗效、便秘症状皆有改善,且观察组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:原发性肝癌患者载药微球介入术后易发生便秘等情况,首荟通便胶囊可较好地改善患者便秘症状,相较于常规药物疗效更加显著,可在临床推广。Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of Shouhui Tongbian Capsules on constipation in patients with primary liver cancer after drug-loaded microsphere intervention.Methods:Patients with primary liver cancer admitted to Linyi Cancer Hospital from July 2019 to August 2021 were retrospectively selected,among whom 92 patients with constipation after drug-loaded microsphere intervention were studied.They were divided into two groups based on the laxative drugs used,with those who took Tongbianling Capsules as the control group,and those who took Shouhui Tongbian Capsules as the observational group.The clinical efficacy for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms,efficacy for constipation symptoms,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were used as specific evaluation indicators.Results:After treatment,the clinical efficacy for TCM symptoms and constipation symptoms in the two groups were improved,and the observational group was better than the control group,with significant differences between them(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observational group was lower than that in the control group,with significant differences between them(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with primary liver cancer are prone to constipation after drug-loaded microsphere intervention.Shouhui Tongbian Capsules can better improve the symptoms of constipation,and have more significant effect than conventional drugs.Thus,it can be promoted in clinical practice.
