立止血联合垂体后叶素治疗肺结核大咯血患者的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察肺结核大咯血患者联合应用注射用矛头蝮蛇血凝酶(商品名:立止血)、垂体后叶素进行治疗的临床效果。方法68例接受药物治疗的肺结核大咯血患者,按照入院顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组采用垂体后叶素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予立止血治疗。比较两组治疗效果、止血时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率97.06%高于对照组82.35%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者止血时间为(2.27±0.65)d,短于对照组的(4.18±1.37)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率5.88%低于对照组23.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对肺结核大咯血患者联合应用垂体后叶素与立止血进行治疗,可增强止血效果,有效缩短止血时间,不良反应少,安全性高。Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined treatment of hemocoagulase bothrops atrox for injection(trade name:RetinoStat)and pituitrin on pulmonary tuberculosis patients with massive hemoptysis.Methods A total of 68 patients with massive hemoptysis due to pulmonary tuberculosis who received drug treatment were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the order of admission,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pituitrin,and the observation group was treated with RetinoStat on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,hemostasis time,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.06%,which was higher than 82.35%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hemostasis time in the observation group was(2.27±0.65)d,which was shorter than(4.18±1.37)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.88%,which was lower than 23.53%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined application of pituitrin and RetinoStat in patients with massive hemoptysis due to pulmonary tuberculosis can enhance the hemostatic effect,effectively shorten the hemostasis time,and have fewer adverse reactions and high safety.
