摘　　要：独特的烧制技艺彰显独特的艺术特色,陶瓷的烧成取决于窑炉,尤其是烧制以钧瓷为代表的窑变花釉,窑炉的设计是至关重要的。钧瓷双火膛无匣钵柴烧工艺独具特色,它从根本上解决了传统柴烧的两大问题:柴窑排放环保问题和匣钵占用窑炉空间过大的问题。本文从窑炉结构的火网设计、保温性能、去匣钵技术、双火膛设计、窑车的设计等多方面解析新型钧瓷窑炉的工艺特色并结合烧制试验总结出一套完整的烧成制度,希望对钧瓷在当代艺术语境的发展中提供有用的探索。The firing of ceramics depends on the furnace, and the design of furnace is crucial importance. Process of Doublehearth Wood Firing without Sagger in Jun Porcelainis unique, which fundamentally solves the environmental problems related to emission from traditional wood-fired kiln and the problem of excessive sagger space in the furnace. This article analyzes the technique characteristics of the new-type Jun porcelain furnace at many aspects, such as the furnace structure design. This article also summarizes a complete set of sintering systems with reference to the firing test.
