药物依赖预防性护理在卵巢癌三阶梯止痛治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨药物依赖预防性护理在卵巢癌三阶梯止痛治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年5月—2021年6月我院收治的68例卵巢癌癌痛患者作为研究对象,以随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组和观察组分别给予常规护理和预防性护理,比较两组护理前后疼痛情况、用药依从性和生活质量。结果:护理后,观察组VAS、NRS低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组用药总遵从率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组VAS、NRS评分均较低,躯体、情绪、角色、认知、社会功能和总体健康评分均较高(P<0.05);观察组躯体功能、情绪功能、角色功能、认知功能、社会功能、总体健康评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢癌癌痛患者三阶梯止痛治疗中的药物依赖预防护理有利于提高患者用药的依从性,减轻患者疼痛水平,并能有效降低不良反应发生风险。Objective:To explore the application value of drug dependence preventive nursing in three-step analgesic therapy for patients with ovarian cancer pain.Methods:A total of 68 patients with ovarian cancer pain admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to June 2021 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by random lottery,with 34 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group were given routine nursing and preventive nursing respectively.The pain,medication compliance and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,VAS and NRS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS and NRS scores of the observation group were lower,and the scores of body,emotion,role,cognition,social function and overall health were higher(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,emotional function,role function,cognitive function,social function and overall health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The drug dependence prevention nursing in the three-step analgesic treatment of ovarian cancer patients with cancer pain is beneficial to improve the compliance of patients with medication,reduce the pain level of patients,and can effectively reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
