摘  要:目的:分析注射用头孢硫脒发生不良反应的一般规律及特点,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:检索PubMed、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(WanFang Data)和中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)中关于注射用头孢硫脒致不良反应的个案报道,对患者性别、年龄、用药情况、联合用药、ADR发生时间、ADR临床表现及转归等进行统计分析。结果:共纳入文献26篇,纳入病例26例,患者年龄0.42~81岁,以19~60岁患者最多(61.54%);ADR发生时间多为开始给药的30 min内(42.31%),且以过敏反应为主;共累及11个系统/器官,以心血管系统损害(27.41%)和皮肤及其附件损害(18.52%)为主。经停药或对症治疗后,25例好转或治愈,1例死亡。结论:注射用头孢硫脒可致严重ADR的发生,临床应加强对该药的合理使用与临床监测,以减少ADR的发生率。Objective: To analyze the general rules and characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) caused by cefathiamidine for injection, in order to provide references for safe drug use in clinic. Methods: PubMed, CNKI, WanFang Data and VIP database were searched for case reports on adverse reactions caused by cefathiamidine for injection. Gender,age, medication, drug combination, ADR occurrence time, ADR clinical manifestations and outcomes were statistically analyzed. Results: A total of 26 literatures were included, including 26 cases. The age of the patients ranged from 0.42 to 81 years, and the patients aged 19-60 years were the most(61.54%). The occurrence time of ADR was mostly within 30minutes after the beginning of administration(42.31%), and the main ADR was allergic reaction. A total of 11 systems/organs were involved, mainly cardiovascular system damage(27.41%) and skin and its accessories damage(18.52%). After drug withdrawal or symptomatic treatment, 25 cases were improved or cured, and 1 case died. Conclusion: Cefathiamidine for injection can cause serious ADR, clinicians should use cefathiamidine for injection rationally and strict monitor its use to reduce the incidence of ADR.
