摘 要:目的:探讨脑胶质术后抗癫痫药物使用对患儿认知功能的影响。方法:收集2018年6月—2022年6月本院收治并行手术治疗的脑胶质瘤患儿86例为研究对象,按癫痫病史及用药方法不同分为研究组47例(无癫痫发作史且仅术后抗癫痫药物预防性使用)与对照组39例(存在癫痫发作史且术前抗癫痫药物使用超过3个月),比较两组认知功能、脑电图及生活质量。结果:研究组治疗后语言能力、回忆力、注意力和计算力、记忆力、定向力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后α+β、θ+δ优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1个月,研究组QLI评分为(7.49±1.36)分,高于对照组的(6.12±1.58)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑胶质术后抗癫痫药物使用对无癫痫发作史患儿认知功能的影响相对较小,短期预后较好。Objective: To explore the effect of antiepileptic drug use on cognitive function in children after glial surgery.Methods: A total of 86 children with glioma who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2022were collected as the research objects. According to the history of epilepsy and different medication methods, they were divided into study group(47 cases without history of epilepsy and only postoperative prophylactic use of antiepileptic drugs)and control group(39 cases with history of epilepsy and preoperative use of antiepileptic drugs for more than 3 months).The cognitive function, EEG and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the scores of language ability, memory, attention and calculation, memory and orientation in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, α+β and θ+δ in the study group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). One month after treatment, the QLI score of the study group was(7.49±1.36), which was higher than that of the control group(6.12±1.58),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of antiepileptic drugs after glial surgery has a relatively small effect on cognitive function in children without a history of seizures, and the short-term prognosis is better.
