沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗老年扩张型心肌病继发慢性心力衰竭的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦(诺欣妥)治疗老年扩张型心肌病继发CHF患者的效果。方法:按照随机数字表法将我院2018年9月—2020年12月收治的123例老年DCM继发CHF患者分为A组(62例)和B组(61例),B组给予缬沙坦治疗,A组给予沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,比较两组心功能指标、炎性因子水平以及心室重构相关蛋白表达水平。结果:治疗结束后,A组LVEF、IL-4高于B组,6MWD远于B组,LVEDD和NT-proBNP、Hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、CgA、OPN均低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:沙库巴曲缬沙坦通过抑制老年DCM继发CHF患者心室重构,减轻炎症水平,进而促进心功能恢复。Objective: To explore the effect of sacubitril/valsartan(Entresto) on elderly patients with CHF secondary to dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods: According to the random number table method, 123 elderly patients with CHF secondary to DCM in our hospital from September 2018 to December 2020 were divided into group A(62 cases) and group B(61 cases). Group B was treated with valsartan, while group A was treated with Entresto. The cardiac function indexes,inflammatory factors and expression levels of ventricular remodeling related proteins were compared between the two groups.Results: After the treatment, LVEF and IL-4 in Group A were higher than those in Group B, 6MWD was far higher than that in Group B, and LVEDD, NT-proBNP, Hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α, CgA and OPN were lower than those in Group B(P<0.05).Conclusion: Entresto can reduce the level of inflammation and promote the recovery of cardiac function by inhibiting ventricular remodeling in elderly patients with CHF secondary to DCM.
