四妙丸联合针灸治疗改善输尿管支架置入术后患者尿路刺激症状的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨四妙丸联合针灸治疗改善输尿管支架置入术后患者尿路刺激症状的效果。方法:选择2016年1月—2021年12月本院诊治的输尿管支架置入术后尿路刺激症状患者120例作为研究对象,根据简单1∶1分配原则把患者分为中医组与对照组,各60例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,中医组给予四妙丸联合针灸治疗,比较两组临床疗效、泌尿症状困扰评分、残余尿变化及生活质量。结果:中医组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);中医组泌尿症状困扰评分、残余尿量低于对照组(P<0.05);中医组排尿困难、夜尿次数、尿流情况、倦怠乏力评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:四妙丸联合针灸治疗能有效改善输尿管支架置入术后患者尿路刺激症状,还可提高残余尿量,促进治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of Simiao Pills combined with acupuncture on improving urinary tract irritation symptoms in patients after ureteral stent implantation.Methods:A total of 120 patients with urinary tract irritation symptoms after ureteral stent implantation in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of simple 1:1 distribution,the patients were divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the Chinese medicine group was treated with Simiao Pills combined with acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,urinary symptom distress score,residual urine change and life treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of TCM group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The scores of urinary symptom distress and residual urine volume in TCM group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of dysuria,nocturia frequency,urinary flow and fatigue in TCM group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Simiao Pill combined with acupuncture can effectively improve the symptoms of urinary tract irritation in patients after ureteral stent implantation,and can also increase residual urine volume,promote the treatment effect and improve the quality of life of patients.
