基于PERMA模式的心理护理在肺癌患者化疗期间的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于积极情绪-投入-人际-意义-成就(PERMA)模式的心理护理在肺癌患者化疗期间的应用效果。方法:纳入2020年8月—2022年8月经本院收治的90例肺癌化疗患者开展研究,按照随机数字表法设立对照组及观察组,每组45例。对照组施以常规护理,观察组于对照组基础上应用基于PERMA模式的心理护理,比较两组心理状态、生活质量及癌因性疲乏程度。结果:护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组QLQ-C30量表中功能、总体健康评分高于护理前,症状及特异性评分低于护理前,观察组功能、总体健康评分高于对照组,症状及特异性评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组躯体、行为、情感及认知疲乏评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于PERMA模式的心理护理可改善肺癌化疗患者负性心理状态,提高生活质量,并降低癌因性疲乏程度,具有较高应用价值。Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing based on positive emotion-input-interpersonalmeaning-achievement(PERMA)model in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 90 patients with lung cancer treated with chemotherapy from August 2020 to August 2022 were included in the study.Control group and observation group were set up according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with psychological nursing based on PERMA model on the basis of the control group.The psychological state,quality of life and degree of cancer-related fatigue were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,SAS and SDS scores of two groups were lower than before nursing,and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Function and general health scores of QLQ-C30 were higher than before nursing,symptom and specificity scores were lower than before nursing,function and general health scores of observation group were higher than control group,symptom and specificity scores were lower than control group(P<0.05).The scores of physical,behavioral,emotional and cognitive fatigue in both groups were lower than before care,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing based on PERMA model can improve the negative mental state of patients with lung cancer chemotherapy,improve the quality of life,and reduce the degree of cancer fatigue,has high application value.
