溃结汤治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察溃结汤治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效。方法:将78例脾肾阳虚型UC患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。对照组患者给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服治疗,观察组患者给予溃结汤口服治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后临床症状积分、电子结肠镜检查积分以及复发情况。结果:观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者症状评分均低于同组治疗前,且治疗后观察组症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后电子结肠镜检查积分均低于同组治疗前,且治疗后观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:溃结汤口服治疗脾肾阳虚型UC,能有效改善患者临床症状,且不良反应少,复发率低,疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kuijie Tang(a TCM formula)in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)in type of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney.Methods Randomly divided 78 patients with UC in type of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney treated in author’s hospital into control group(39 cases,orally administered mesalazine enteri-coated tablet)and observation group(39 cases,instead of Kuijie Tang);then,compared both groups’clinical effect,the score rating on symptoms,and the accumulated points on electro-coloscopic inspection results,as well as status on recurrence.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);after treatment the ratings on symptoms in both groups were all lower than that before treatment,but the ratings of observation group were more lower than that of control group(P<0.05);after treatment the accumulated points on electro-coloscopy results in both groups were all lower than that before treatment,but observation group’s one,more lower than control groups’one(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Orally administering Kuijie Tang in the treatment of UC in type of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney can effectively improve patients’symptoms,and with less unward reaction and lower recurrence rate,the effect is significant.
