醒脾养儿颗粒联合中药灌肠治疗小儿肠炎42例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察醒脾养儿颗粒联合中药灌肠治疗小儿肠炎的疗效。方法:将84例肠炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组患儿采用蒙脱石散和头孢克肟颗粒治疗,观察组患儿采用醒脾养儿颗粒联合中药灌肠,3个疗程后比较2组患儿的疗效以及治疗前后炎症因子水平。结果:观察组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组患儿的血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-15(IL-15)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患儿IL-2、IL-15水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:醒脾养儿颗粒联合中药灌肠治疗小儿肠炎在一定程度上可降低炎症因子水平,促进肠黏膜修复,有效减轻患儿临床症状,疗效显著。Objective To observe the effect of Xingpi Yanger Keli(Granule)combined with TCM enema in the treatment pediatric enteronitis.Methods Randomly divided 84 pediatric patients with enteronitis treated in author’s hospital into control group(42 cases,orally administered montmorillonite powder plus cefixime granules)and observation group(42 cases,orally administered Granules combined with TCM enema),after 3 treatment courses,compared both groups’effect,as well as the levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment.Results Before treatment the 84 patients’levels of serum IL-2 and IL-15 of both groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05);but after treatment in the levels of serum IL-2 and IL-15,as well as total effective rate,observation group was respectively and significantly lower,as well as higher than control group(all,P<0.05).Conclusion Granules combined with TCM enema in the treatment of pediatric enterointis at certain degree can reduce their levels of inflammatory factors,promote intestinal mucosa repaired,effectively relieve symptom,the effects are significant.
