神阙穴敷贴联合俞募配穴针刺治疗脾肾阳虚型产后便秘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察神阙穴敷贴联合俞募配穴针刺治疗脾肾阳虚型产后便秘的临床疗效。方法:将130例脾肾阳虚型产后便秘患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组65例。对照组患者采用乳果糖和俞募配穴针刺治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合神阙穴敷贴治疗,比较2组患者的疗效以及治疗前后盆底肌状态。结果:观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组患者盆底肌静息值、快速收缩最大值、耐力收缩值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者盆底肌静息值明显低于对照组(P<0.05),快速收缩最大值、耐力收缩值均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:神阙穴敷贴联合俞募配穴针刺治疗脾肾阳虚型产后便秘,可明显缓解患者的临床症状、减轻患者痛苦,疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of sticking&dressing on Shenque point combined with Shu-Mu point association puncture in the treatment of puerperal constipation in type of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney.Methods Randomly divided 130 patients with puerperal constipation in type of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney treated in author’s hospital into control group(65 cases,lactulose plus Shu-Mu point association puncture)and observation group(65 cases,based on control group,added with sticking&dressing on Shenque point);then,compared both groups’effect,as well as the situation of pelvic floor muscles before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);before treatment both groups’resting value of pelvic floor muscles,fast systolic max.value,and endurance systolic value had no statistical difference(P>0.05),but,after treatment,in observation group resting value of pelvic floor muscles were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),meanwhile,the latter two value so higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Stricking&dressing on Shenque point combined with Shu-Mu point association pancture for treating above-mentioned constipation can significantly relieve patients’clinical symptoms,reduce their sufferings,the effects are great.
